If all you need is a pump, that's all you pay for.

Which size is my tank?

Georgia’s rules set the minimum tank at 1,000 gallons for homes with up to four bedrooms, so most houses have a 1,000-gallon tank. Five or more bedrooms, or a garbage disposal, usually means a bigger tank. Not sure? Tell us your bedrooms and we’ll figure it out with you on the phone. You never pay the larger price for a smaller tank.

What can add to the price

  • Nights, weekends and holidays: +$100, and you hear it before we leave the shop.
  • Repairs: never added on their own. If we find a broken baffle or a bad line, we show you and give you a written price. You decide.

Why it’s worth it

A pump-out every 3 to 5 years is still the cheapest thing a septic system ever costs you: EPA puts replacing a failed system at $5,000 to $15,000.

How often you need it

Most homes every 3 to 5 years, sooner with more people or a garbage disposal. Use the tank-due check for your house, or read Septic 101.
