Who we are

Walker Septic and Site Solutions, LLC (“Walker Septic”). Questions: call or text (478) 957-4553.

What we collect

  • If you ask for a callback: your name, phone number, the road or area, and anything you tell us about the problem.
  • If you sign up for a pump-out reminder: your first name, mobile number and the month your tank is estimated to be due.
  • Basic technical data your browser sends to any website, such as pages viewed.
  • Both forms are run by Jobber, our scheduling software, so what you type goes straight to our Jobber account.

How we use it

Only to call you back about your septic job, or to text you the reminder you asked for. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Reply STOP to any text to stop reminders, or HELP for help. See the SMS Terms.

Emails

The forms include a box for marketing emails from Walker Septic. It’s optional: uncheck it if you don’t want them, or unsubscribe from any email at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business (for example, our scheduling software), and only to do the job you asked for.

How long we keep it

As long as you’re a customer or signed up for reminders. Ask us to delete it any time by calling or texting (478) 957-4553.
